TWO CHOICES POSSIBLY NEVER BEFORE OFFERED

(1) Professional photography plus a CD (A-1, A-2, A-3, B-1, B-2) that you may take to your favorite photofinisher with our copyright release when price is your primary consideration or (2) Up to 50% savings from traditional Studio or school Portrait prices. Artistically photographed, retouched portraits with true color, processed and finished to exact standards that should last many generations.

Packages A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2 are designed for those who desire Professionally posed and photographed poses but want to print their own or take to their favorite photofinisher. There are no prints included. Packages A-2, A-3, B-1, B-2 includes retouching of two poses.
You receive a CD containing all of the poses and our Copyright release. We cannot guarantee satisfaction of any order that you personally print or take to a photofinisher. Payment Schedule: Pay one-third when photographed, one-third when you view your poses (72 hours) on our monitor (If you prefer to view them on your TV, we will put all poses on a DVD for an additional charge of $20.) and the balance when you pick up your CD and Copyright release (10 days). You may upgrade to any of our packages and receive $10 credit from the DVD cost. Casual poses may include: hobby, sports, pet, car, cycle, boyfriend or girlfriend.

A-1 $69.95..8-10 views to select from. Our outdoor props and background. Casuals only.
A-2 $97.95…..Same as A-1 except more views to select from (10-15) and two poses are retouched.

A-3 $189.95…..FORMAL AND CASUAL (Casuals made anywhere in Lewis County)… 6-10 formal views (you supply tux or suit, we supply drape or you may use a formal dress) PLUS 15-20 outdoor casuals, our props and backgrounds or yours.
Proofs from your favorite 20 poses. Also included: 24 wallet size photos, 3 - 8x10 units and 1 - 11X14. Four poses retouched.

B-1 $129.95…15-20 views to select from. Our outdoor props and background. Casuals only. 2 poses retouched. Proofs from your favorite 10 poses.

B-2 $149.95…..15-20 Same as B-1 except the outdoor casual poses may be made anywhere in Lewis County.

PACKAGES A-1, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, D-1: View all your poses within 72 hours on our monitor to select poses for proofs. If you desire to view them on your TV rather than our monitor, for an additional, non-refundable charge of $20, we will put them on a DVD for you. You will receive a $10 credit toward any package and you may order from the DVD if you desire. Each pose on the DVD will contain the word "Copyright Preview" and a pose number. Casuals may include a pet, sports, car, cycle, hobby, boyfriend or girlfriend. There are no refunds of the DVD charge.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Packages A-1, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, D-1 are payable one-third when photographed if satisfied with the session as viewed on our monitor, one-third when order is placed and the balance on delivery.

C-2. $229.95…..20-30 casual views (any location in Lewis County) to select from. 4x5 previews of your favorite 10 poses. Our outdoor props or yours. Package includes 48 die cut wallet size photos with name, year and any 8-8X10 portrait units shown below plus 4 poses retouched.

C-3 $279.00……8-12 Formal views and 15-20 outdoor casual views (you supply tux or suit, we supply drape or you supply formal dress), Our props or yours. 4x5 previews of your favorite 15 poses. Casuals made anywhere in Lewis County. Package includes 72 die cut wallet size photos with name, year and any 12-8X10 portrait units shown below plus 4 poses retouched.

C-4 $349.00….. 8-12 Formal views (you supply tux or suit, we supply drape or you supply formal dress) and 20-30 outdoor casuals. 4X5 previews of your favorite 20 poses…. Package includes 120 die cut wallet size photos with name, year and any 15-8X10 portrait units shown below plus 4 poses retouched. Casuals may be made anywhere in Lewis County and may include: pet, sports, car, cycle, hobby, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc.

D-1 Super Senior or Family package …$439.00….. Any location within 50 miles of Hohenwald and up to 4 hours including travel time. Formal poses may be included in the total number of views if desired. You supply tux or suit and we supply drape or you may supply formal dress. Total views (30-50) may include family group or individual sibling. A 4X5 preview will be made of 30 poses that you select. Retouching of up to 6 faces. (Each face in a group requiring retouching counts as one). Package includes 150 die-cut wallet photos, 20 - 8x10 units shown below plus 1 - 11x14.

All Packages: If formal poses, that you do not want or need, are included as part of the package, you may substitute an
additional 3 - 8x10 units or 1 - 11x14.

DESIGN-A-PACKAGE: If you need a special package not listed here, we can make an adjustment by adding additional prints to a smaller package.

All billfold orders are die-cut, with name and year.

BLACK AND WHITE (CLASSIC), ANTIQUE SEPIA AND SPECIAL BORDERS ARE AVAILABLE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE WITH ALL PRINT ORDERS

D-2….. PRESTIGE OR FAMILY SELECTION…..$587.00 (compare at $1200-1500)…..Any location within 1.5 hour drive of Hohenwald, TN and includes up to 3-hour photo time. 8-10 formal studio poses (you supply tux or suit, we supply drape or you supply formal dress) and the number of casual views is limited only by the allowed time (usually 40-60 views). You arrange location, get permission and pay any applicable fees or site charges if any. You will view a DVD slide show of all poses on our monitor or yours and select the poses to have previews and/or your order made from.

This package may also be used for Pre-Wedding, Post-wedding, Outdoor Bridal Portraits, Reunions, or most any occasion which can be completed within the three hour time and mileage limitation,etc. (Only High School Seniors receive the Studio Formal Poses.)

WHAT YOU RECEIVE: (1) A DVD slide show of all good views - (2) 20 - 4X5 previews of your favorite poses (you select) - (3) 20-8X10 units - (4) 150-die cut, boxed wallet size photos with name and date - (5) 1-11X14 (or 2 additional 8X10 units) - (6) 1-16X20 (or 4 additional 8X10 units) - (7) retouching of up to 6 heads. Each face in a group photo requiring retouching counts as one.

Family and sibling may be photographed and the total order may be divided among them if desired. Additional standard retouching charge is $5 per person (after the first 6) if needed. If proof sets are desired for additional family members the charge is $10 (each individual or group) for a set of 10. Proofs are not required for ordering. You may order from the numbers shown on the DVD slide show.

Payment schedule: Pay $150 when photographed if satisfied with the results viewed on our monitor - $150.00 when DVD is approved and delivered - Balance when order is placed or delivery of order (your choice). (Note: If out-of-county travel is not involved you may deduct $20. If formal studio poses are not desired, you may deduct $20 (this package D-2 only)

Our guarantee: Your satisfaction approval is checked at each point. If you are not satisfied, you pay nothing and receive nothing. We will not attempt to pressure you to let us process your order and we cannot promise satisfaction with any order processed by a photofinisher or printed on your computer. Before the previews, CD's or DVD's are taken home, you will have an opportunity to view them on our monitor. If they meet your expectations, you may pay the requested amount. If they do not meet your expectations we proceed no farther. You will be encouraged to inspect your order because once your CD's, DVD's and Finished Portraits are taken home, there will be no refunds.

Time and distance limitations are removed if we can photograph five or more seniors at one location during the same day provided the distance is no more than 75 miles from Hohenwald, Tn.

1 - 8x10 or 2 - 5x7 or 4 - 3x5 or 8 - wallet size or 16 - half-wallet size or
1 - 5x7 and 4 - wallet size or 2 - 3x5 and 4 - wallet size

You are not restricted to pre-set packages. You may combine any of these units to make up your package and then add additional units at the following prices:

1 - 16 X 20 attached to mounting board with a protective coating applied.....$45.00 (Price is $75 if ordered later or not ordered with a package)

1 - 11 X 14 attached to mounting board with a protective coating applied.....$35.00 (Price is $45 if ordered later or not ordered with a package)

1 - 8 X 10 unit....Any of the above configurations....$20 (Price is $25 if ordered later or not ordered with a package)

Name and year on wallet size or die-cut wallet size: There is no charge for those ordered as part of a package or added to a package.
Name and year on billfold and die-cut if ordered later or not with other prints....Add $5 per order. Shipping charges ($12.00 per order) will be added to any order which requires UPS or PP shipping. This is to cover UPS charges and insurance or Parcel Post shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation.

Retakes must be requested and completed during the initial photo session.
Studio Portraits are limited to a time period, usually two weeks during the Spring and Fall Seasons.
This time period coincides with prom schedules and available formal wear.
